I need a Sketchup model created - existing layout of a house

I need an expert in Sketchup Pro (2022) to create a model for the as existing layout for a house as a base for future alteration drawings.

Requirements are for both the creation of a model and 2D layout drawings for both floors and a section through the model (including blank title blocks etc.)

I have attached some PDF files for a similar property obtained from planning drawings to show the general arrangement.

I can mark-up these sketches to provide as many check dimensions (lengths / heights etc.) as required and can also provide any internal / external photographs required to assist in production of the model.
