CGI 3D render of 4 x 3 Bedroom development with insertion into Aerial Photo.

I would like a quote for creating;
1) 3d render of 4 x 3 bedroom properties from elevation drawings and site plan (to be supplied).
2) This would then be dropped into an aerial picture ( to be supplied).

The desired outcome is a single image combining both elements to create a view of the development for perspective buyers to appreciate what the finished development will look like.

The finished combined image and all indvidual files used to create the image would need to be provided by the hired person at the conclusion of the job.
