Architectural 3D

Design details: I can provide the CAD drawings of this 5 bedroom house that I need to be turned into a 'fly through' and then still shots of the key rooms which would be, exterior, master bedroom and master bathroom, living room, kitchen, basement cinema room. Ideally we would have a few angles. We would also need a couple of section drawings of the layout to illustrate the floors etc. We should send a bit of time making sure we agree what goes into the rooms before you do them so that the finished product is right first time. Then I would like a fly through of the whole space. I need contemporary furniture placed into the space to demonstrate potential layout and I need whomever designs this to be confident to find tasteful classic modern furniture into the setting. I can also send you examples to clarify this. The kitchen needs to have a kitchen with an island and Bultaup style and the dining table need to be wood with classic chairs etc, the living room needs a corner sofa. I have a rough fly through that has been done previously by a friend that I can send you via 'we transfer' if you send me the details to send it to you but this lacks some of the added detail like furniture that we need but its a really good start. Ideally I need someone who is experienced at creating architectural renders and can produce the quality of detailing that I need. Of specific relevance is a strong sense of which designer furniture pieces are right, confident layout planning etc and how a contemporary kitchen should look etc.
