3d product render and possibly animation

Design details: Sketch of product is attached.… basically it is an electronic version of a toy spinner which has 12 LED’s around a clock face instead of a spinner so that when a child strikes the central big button they light up (I think they might light up in sequence running around the outside of the circle like a clock then it stops on one.

There are two costs required
1) Draw the product in a rendered 3D (cinema 4D, Blender, Lightwave, Maya, 3D max?) and then produce renders of the front, side, back. I'll then use these to annotate the various parts.
2) As above, create the 3D render, then animate it working, show button being pressed, the lights flashing around then stopping on one light. Plus some other variations. Would estimate approx 45 sec animation in total. I will then put it on After Effects and add annotations etc.

Please separate the costs in your proposal.
