Design details: I am looking for a professional to do 3D images for Real State.
I need 7 interior and 2 exterior
Interiors: two bedrooms (single and double), living, dining, TV room, bathroom and kitchen. You can choose furniture and decoration, follow a modern style (see look example attached). I will provide you dimensions (aprox 9 to 25m2 each room) and you will be free to create atractive images.
Exteriors: I will provide you CAD plans and material specifications. My team is still working in details but see attached a reference image of the exterior that we want to get. A lot of White color, Wood and plants.
I need the work as soon as possible, so let me know your time and detailed rates for description.
I would like to see the best you can do, so please include in your proposal an example of exterior (with pool if possible) and a modern interior.
Ideas for the visual style: Modern Look
Extra notes: Images will be use for web and also to print (A3)
Images attached are just reference from Google. You must be able to get a similar look.
