3D full colour rendering of flat houseplans both internal and external views

We have a full set of flat house plans/drawings for a small development and want a full colour 3D rendering to use in our sales brochure. We need this for both he internal layout with furniture in place and external views as well. We are hoping that will include an "artists impression" style image so we can show clients how it would look within the given surroundings. It covers 2 developments but houses are exactly same on both. 1 development is 2 houses and the other is 4.
