Managed. is a London-focused platform transforming how office space is sourced, marketed, and transacted.
We aggregate both flexible and fee-paying office supply into a single workflow, enabling brokers and landlords to respond to live demand in minutes. By standardising how space is presented, we allow conventional offices to be marketed as “managed” without requiring landlord capex.
The result is faster deals, better visibility of demand, and a more efficient market.
The Role
We’re looking for someone commercially sharp and operationally relentless to help scale Managed. across London.
This is not a passive account management role. You will be responsible for driving real usage of the platform increasing the volume of spaces listed, broker engagement, and ultimately deals transacted.
You’ll sit at the intersection of:
Supply (landlords and office providers)
Demand (brokers and occupiers)
Product (how the platform is used and improved)
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Growth
Onboard landlords and operators onto Managed.
Help position traditional space as “managed” where appropriate.
Ensure listings are high quality, complete, and commercially viable.
2. Broker Adoption
Drive active usage from brokers across London.
Build relationships with key agents and teams.
Ensure Managed. becomes part of their daily workflow.
3. Deal Enablement
Assist in turning platform activity into live transactions.
Help brokers move from search → proposal → deal quickly.
Identify and remove friction in the process.
4. Product Feedback Loop
Work closely with the founding team to improve the platform.
Identify what users actually need vs what they say they need.
Help prioritise features that drive revenue, not just engagement.
What We’re Looking For
You’re likely coming from one of the following:
Commercial property agency (tenant rep or landlord side)
Flexible office / operator background
Early-stage SaaS or marketplace business
Key traits:
Commercial instinct first, process second
Comfortable picking up the phone and pushing deals forward
High ownership mindset you don’t wait to be told
Able to operate in ambiguity early-stage environment
Strong communication with both brokers and landlords
What Success Looks Like:
Rapid growth in active listings on the platform
Increasing number of brokers and providers using Managed. weekly
Clear contribution to deals being done via the platform
Tangible improvement in speed from enquiry to transaction
Opportunity for equity exists for the right person
