Ongoing admin support with emails and telephone calls

Description: I need a remote personal assistant to
1) email my colleagues to book appointments (and chase up with phone calls as necessary)from a generic email address that I will set up
2) ring various venues in South London to book rooms
3) collate the above information in tables
4) collect the details of those attending courses on a word document table
5) email these course attendees with further details
6) send email circulars out to people on an email list
etc

I would prefer someone based in the UK with an English accent.
The admin work I need help with is ongoing, but I may try more than one individual in the first instance.
