      This was the first time I used PPH and Sophie did a fantastic job. This was her first job but it was clear she knew what she was doing. Sophie asked intelligent questions at the start of the project about aspects of the job I hadn't even thought about. She transcribed 3hours of video footage, was efficient and transcribed intelligently taking out all of my errrs and umms - making me sound intelligent. I will certainly be using Sophie for other projects.
