Telephone picking at my absence

Hi,

Could I ask you whether you are able to undertake work of picking up phone calls and take messages for me in days of my unavailability, please?

Me and my partners are both working full time but we are entrepreneurs too. Our business is picking up slowly but surely the right direction and I hope that in nearer future I would be able to focus on this 100% myself.

We specialise in bespoke joinery focusing more on architectural joinery rather than 1st and 2nd fix carpentry and joinery - so we are furniture manufactures and designers.

The usual phone calls are coming in between 10 - 3 pm - 4 days a week but that will vary.I just dont want to miss any calls these days but it is hard.
