I would like to create a list in excel of the people who have send me Emails

My emails are received in outlook
i would like to create a list in excel of all the customers who have sent me emails
from the database the following information would be noted in excel

Senders Name, Senders Company, Senders Email, senders tel number if mentioned, Number of email received from sender, Date of 1st email, date of last email

i would share with you the the outlook backup file which you have restore on your PC

all you would have to do is sort the emails by sender, once you have them grouped by the sender, copy the needed information needed in excel and then move on to the next group

i assume there are about aprox 500 unique sender s
