Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for someone to provide email-based customer support for a UK e-commerce company selling sport nutrition products. You will use our Zendesk account for answering support tickets.
Support is required on Monday - Friday and It will take around 1 - 2 hours per day to answer all tickets.
We have set up a knowledge base on Zendesk which you can use to find out how to answer different tickets. We also have lots of canned responses which you can use to answer tickets.
