Customer service assistant in UK

Dynamic international company is looking for a part time, home based customer service assistant. There is the potential for the position to grow if the candidate is interested on taking on more hours and responsibility.

We are looking for help with the following tasks
(full training will be given):

- Provide excellent customer service,
- Answering queries by phone and email
- Carry out telephone consultation with UK clients to confirm requirements and explain our services
- Processing registrations - take initial date and rearrange in Word to make a nicely presented document
- Follow customer service by email and telephone to answer any enquiries
- Providing email/telephone support to customers that are having difficulties with the service
- Back up admin/calls to assist with our service


Profile :
- Positive, enthusiastic and helpful with a “can do” attitude towards our clients
- Reliable and able to commit to at least to October, but ideally this is a permanent position
- Good telephone manner
- Organised, discrete, diplomatic
- Located in the UK able to make/take calls from UK number (can be provided)
- Available during peak season June/July and most of the school holidays (not necessary at Christmas)
- Available every day for 2-3 hours and able to make calls in the afternoon until 5-6pm
- Good word skills
- Good people skills and good judgement


This position is to start immediately
2-3 hours a day every afternoon from 3pm (10 hours a week to start increasing with time to 15)
Rates £10-£12 an hour according to experience

We are looking to build up a great, long standing relationship with one person (we would prefer not to use a company).
