Description

Well established and expanding procurement company requires a very well organised and proactive team player to assist with (and manage others remotely) in day to day procurement tasks, client requests, supplier management, admin and other operational duties to help our medium to large clients control and reduce their procurement spend.
You will have exceptional organisational skills, have the confidence to manage multiple suppliers, have good numeracy (Excel) and literacy skills and above all a track record of making things happen and getting things done. Experience gained in a procurement, legal or accounting environment is desirable but not essential. Management experience is essential.
You will be working with and for senior level managers and must be used to communicating and working with people at that level in high pressure environments. This is not a casual freelance role, but very much a long term career opportunity for someone able and willing to take responsibility and who can help drive the operational function forward.
We use Cloud Apps, with most of our business in the cloud and accessible remotely.
For the successful candidate this is a long term requirement where we very much see you as being part of our core team as we continue to build on our success.
Hours are flexible and we are happy to work around child care or other commitments wherever possible. This is a home based position.
