Business plan and financial report

Hi, I am looking for someone who can create a business plan as well as a financial forecast for a property I am leasing.

I will be raising approximately £100,000 - £150,000 for the project and would like to be able to present a high quality proposition for the funds to be able to get a good borrowing rate.

I will be able to supply a lot if not all of information you will require as I have a very good understanding of the market and numbers behind the deal (I have worked in the industry for over 7 years) and would simply be looking for someone to help me present this in a professional and attractive manner. 

The financial forecast will be focused on how the investors will be repaid and the business plan will give supporting evidence for our numbers. If this is something you can help with, please get in touch as soon as possible.
