I am looking for a sharp, proactive operator to help us grow our LinkedIn presence and turn that growth into real business.
This is not a typical social media role.
Your focus is simple. Generate conversations and book discovery calls.
We run an AI solutions consultancy working with businesses. You will be responsible for managing our LinkedIn activity using AI tools and turning engagement into inbound opportunities.
You are not here to sit and manually write content all day.
Your job is to:
-Use AI tools to generate content at scale
-Improve and refine that system over time
-Manage the engagement and conversations that come from that content
-Turn those conversations into booked calls
Think of this as managing a LinkedIn lead generation system powered by AI, not creating posts from scratch
What you’ll be doing
-Using AI tools to generate 2 to 3 LinkedIn posts per day
-Reviewing and refining AI-generated content
-Improving prompts and content quality over time
-Managing comments and engagement
-Sending daily targeted outreach messages
-Starting conversations with potential clients
-Booking discovery calls directly into our calendar
How we work
AI does the heavy lifting.
You guide it, improve it, and turn output into results.
You will use AI to:
-Generate posts
-Draft comment replies
-Draft messages
You will review and control what gets sent.
What we’re looking for
-Someone confident using AI tools
-Strong written communication
-Someone who can think and improve systems, not just follow instructions
-Interest in business, sales, or lead generation
-Organised and consistent
Experience with LinkedIn, outreach, or lead generation is a bonus
