**From home is fine and prefered**
We are a startup due to launch shortly. We require a customer service hero/interim operations manager to work closely with us as we scale. With the view of either handing off to someone full-time eventually or splitting workloads.
Minimum commitment- 2 hours per day (first thing in the morning, half an hour at lunch and half an hour before close of business). This is to manage signups, write adverts, review submissions, call customers back with questions, alert management team of issues etc. We are a brand new startup so things maybe slow at first.
We see this being a maximum of 4 hours per day. But we can keep the conversation flowing. As the business grows we will split tasks between people.
The position will be from home, you must have a good internet connection, can you use Skype and be willing to happily talk to customers.
We are an innovative business that is hoping to disrupt the rental sector, looking for a creative, hard-working, professional to help us with our initial growth challenges :)
