Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
Description of legal work: We require a terms and conditions to be written for some websites that we are developing for a company to then resell to their franchisees. This document should cover us by giving a clear indication of what we are offering (I will provide the technical aspects, nothing complex) and limit us from liability (in the form of a basic SLA, from a technical and support service perspective, of which we have kept as simple as possible.
So in a nutshell the primary goals of this T&C/SLA hybrid contract (for the client to sign and agree to) are;
- To provide a clear service offering for them to (website + hosting + service maintenance contract) I will bullet point the main ones
- To limit us from liability
- To provide a fair SLA (from server uptime to support response times, I will bullet point the main ones)
- To lay out payments (they will be paying on behalf of their franchisee, monthly - with a small one of fee).
This is for a UK company to sign.
We need this document to be completed by Friday lunch.
