Quickbooks set up

Description of support work: We have recently moved our accounts for two companies onto Quickbooks
Both companies sets can be accessed via 1 login
Our year end on both companies id Dec 31st
We have inputted all sales invoices; and both accounts are set up with bank
We have also set up our products etc and chart (which may need some adjustment.
Both companies have all sales invoices already inputted
Purchases are currently being brought in....however we don't want to do this until we have the accounts set up properly
We Require somebody that knows and understands Quickbooks well
To set up our journals etc for the Opening Balances. And guide us through setting up the packages properly to bring them up to date. This may mean undoing a number of postings already done, it may mean re-inputting and may involve undoing all the bank transactions so they are posted properly

I would suggest maybe an initial couple of hours to have a look and see what needs to be done, then fix a price for getting us up to speed, then maybe a price for ongoing support should we need it.
