Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: Ongoing
I have just posted a job for doing a CT600 and filing it with HMRC and Companies House.
Ideally, the successful freelancer will be able to do both jobs.
All of our book keeping has been done in-house on Sage and the file will be provided to the successful bidder. Sage must be used going forward. All invoices will be in a shared Dropbox folder with all files named appropriately as well as a bank reconciling sheet in excel.
More information about me and the company:
I have run a successful sustainability consultancy in construction for 8 years. 2 years ago, I started a new eco-friendly property development company. I am the only employee, and it is likely to remain so for the foreseeable future.
I have setup 2 SPVs, 100% owned by the parent property development company, which each own one property.
- One of these SPVs will simply be renting out the property that it owns.
- The other SPV will develop the property and sell it on.
Although 3 sets of accounts need to be undertaken, based on past experience, I foresee that there will be on average 30 transactions per month, however this job is to assume an average of 50.
1) Monthly bookkeeping up to 50 transactions per month including sales invoices, purchase invoices, expense sheets, bank payments and receipts.
2) Monthly Payroll for up to two people (currently only one)
3) Preparation of annual statutory accounts
4) Preparation of abbreviated accounts
5) Preparation of corporation tax returns
6) Preparation of annual returns
7) Filing of annual accounts and corporation tax returns online with HMRC
8) Filing of abbreviated accounts and annual returns online with Companies House
If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me.
