General Booking Keeping Required - Xero

Hello,

I am looking for some general book keeping services. We use Xero (xero.com) for our internal accounts package and it needs the transaction bringing up-to-date.

If you have used Xero before, it would be beneficial. The project has two stages:

1. The initial 'tidy up' - quoted separately

2. Weekly (or fortnightly) book keeping services moving forward. We don't have a huge number of transactions but without regular attention a molehill can become a mountain.

All our invoices/receipts are scanned/saved filed to an online drive.

Obviously our accounts are confidential and an assurance would be needed that they will be treated with care.
