Bookkeeper With FreeAgent Software Knowledge Required

Description of support work: I'm looking to get some quotes in for a bookkeeper on a monthly basis. I work like a sole trader but am in fact Ltd.

You will be required to sign in to my FreeAgent account and keep it up to date. I can automatically pull in my bank statements using their software. I also use this software for invoicing my clients.

In terms of invoices from my company transactions, 99.9& of all my transactions are made online and digital copies can be accessed should they be required. My accountant told me that “As long as they are accessible at any time, then there’s no reason to print them out”.

I have 4 children and am the only worker in our household so the majority of income is taken as wages.

I do have an accountant and am not looking to move away from her at this stage as she only lives up the road from me.

Please apply with your monthly rate. I estimate on average there are about 60-100 transactions per month to sort :)
