Virtual PA 4 Hours a month

Hello
I am looking for a virtual PA who can check my emails regularly, respond to them, make telephone calls, do market research, respond to customer enquiries.

I need you to be pro-active, use your initiative, work independentl and be interested in retail and travel.

I am just starting out so around 4 hours work per month is needed- between 9-5. I will be looking to hire the PA from the end of July. Please be clear in your bid, your rate per hour.
