Claire is a highly professional teacher with a great command and extensive experience. The student was very happy at the beginning but then she took a vacation after 3 sessions with the student (without advance notice when taking the job. It was a fact stated by Claire one week prior to the vacation)and the student lost interest while waiting on Claire to come back and asked for another teacher. Now the student is lost and wasn't happy that the pre-paid sessions were not used as the teacher had no possibility to teach them. Although in general we are satisfied with Claire as she was on time for her sessions and ready with the material they used. She discussed with the student the goals and topics for the lessons.
