Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
General PA assistance, desk based research, presentations, organising diary, organising phone calls, market research, business development, answering calls.
I use the following software in order to be able to work with someone remotely:
- Evernote - I would like to add notes to this into a shared directory and the PA to transcribe them into either calls to be organised, tasks etc in Outlook
- Outlook - expect to create an account for the PA with access to my calendars etc. Monitor tasks, monitor and help to project manage my tasks - get me prioritised and focussed!
- Dropbox - all presentations and work to be organised using dropbox
- MS Office - powerpoint, word, excel
- I have a virtual office with a landline number that could have calls diverted to a mobile
I would need to have regular meetings via WebEx outside of regular hours (perhaps early morning/evening/weekends)
I am interested in thoughts on helping me run blog/twitter/LinkedIn/website and PR in general.
Any thoughts on generating leads through the creation of a targeted contact list for specific projects: example, looking at conference proceedings and organizing contact list, getting contact details and setting up calls and follow up emails. Any extra thoughts on using CRM systems would be good.
