Hi there,

I am extremely busy!!! I have a 5 month old baby and a growing ecommerce business.

I have not worked with a PA/VA before and would like to work with someone on a trial basis to see how it goes.

The tasks that I give will vary alot as every week I am faced with new challenges and tasks that I need help with.

You will need to be very flexible and have a can do attitude, matched with an excellent skill base and sharp problem solving skills.

I like clear, direct, friendly communication. I want to work with someone who can complete most tasks within 1-2 business days.

Here is the list of things that I really want applicants to have - the more of these you know the better!

Wordpress - editing posts.
Aweber - compiling newsletters etc
Zendesk - general
Hootsuite - bulk scheduling (or another application for this)
Twitter - any programs for adding followers
Managing people / projects
Paypal
Copywriting skills
Basic Graphic Design
Updating ecommerce descriptions
Facebook ads
Google ads
SEO

You dont need to have all of these - but the more you have the better.
