Hello,
I am looking for an organised, highly efficient, computer literate person. I am currently doing it all myself and can provide support.
Starting from 10 hours per week. I am hoping to build long and successful business relationship with the right candidate.
Sample tasks include:
1. Facebook. Reply to comments, re-post and simple posts.
2. Linnworks. sorting orders, emailing invoices, adding tracking numbers. I have a list of instructions for Linnworks, i am currently following. ( the most important at the moment).
3. Some customer emails, mainly invoice requests.
4. Research. Occasional new packaging or product design outsourcing ( people per hour, alibaba and such).
5. Photos, mainly background removal. It is currently outsourced, needs organising.
6. Amazon. At the moment mainly emailing invoices to customers once in a while.
7. Etsy reply to messages (very few)
8. Occasional statements download from places like Paypal, Etsy, Amazon, Website (os commerce), Big Cartel.
9. Quickbooks. Basic bookkeeping. Categorising entries and attaching invoices.
Other tasks as required.
