General information for the business: Sorting data on old spreadsheets

Description of excel work: I have a folder with 200+ randomly named excel 2010 workbooks. Each workbook consists of one spreadsheet. I need VBA code on a master spreadsheet to look at all the workbooks/spreadsheets in the folder and consolidate specific data contained on these many spreadsheets into one master spreadsheet. In column A of the master spreadsheet I would like the value from cell A1 on each of the unique spreadsheets copied into column A for as many row as there are unique spreadsheets.
Also from each of the 200+ spreadsheets in the folder, find the maximum date in column F and return the values in columns H and K from that row with the maximum date to columns B and C on the master spreadsheet. I included a sample individual spreadsheet and a sample master.
