Product Excel Data Entry

We have a 1299 products in a 174 page product catalogue (pdf and physical form) that we need the product attributes (dimensions, capacity, material), descriptions and bullet points entering into their respective columns in an existing excel spreadsheet that already has the product code, product names, colour, weights etc (so half the work is already in place). There is also a website that contains the product data so you may be able to copy and paste a lot off the internet.
