£25 excel formula to extract all football matches played

I need someone who can create a formula in excel to extract all the matches a football team in a season and export to a different sheet in the same workbook.
The team will play 24 matches and next to every match they play, there is 20 rows of date eg: corners, yellow cards, score, etc.
I want to export only 3 rows of data from each match.
