I need to have a contact list in Excel tidied

I have a list containing 13,000 email and first name records that I need to have screened and tidied.

Here's what needs to be done:

1. Column B: Add first name where its missing. This will be found at the start of the email address in Column A.
2. Column B: Remove data where the email address in Column A is generic i.e: admin@, sales@, accounts@ etc
3. Column B: Remove any single digits or characters.
4. Column B: Correct upper case/lower case i.e: MARTIN or martin should be: Martin
5. Column B: Remove data which is not a name.
6. Column A/B: Sight check both columns for anomalies and correct records where necessary.
