I need to built an excel template to calcuate PE returns

I would like an excel built for a private equity fund investing in hotel assets to incorporate the following:
The model needs to be fully paramterized and be able to change the inputs. The model should include
- IRR and MOIC for the individual investments and the portfolio as a whole and for the GPs
- Fund Size: €100Million
- Fee Structure: [XX]% Management Fee to GPs which could be reduced after a certain periods of years
- [XX]% carried interest after [XX]% hurdle rate returned to investors
I have prepared the attached model to assist but needs to be professionally made.
The above should include separate DCFs valuations for each asset. I attach a PDF with sample valuations (do not have them in excel I am afraid). This should also be professionally made.
The model should be taking foretasted cash flows and investment inputs from work sheets.

Finally and ideally it should be ease to add new assets and delete old ones possibly using macros

Please let me know if this is something you can do. Time frame (not more than 1 week) and cost.
