I need an excel expert to look at an existing template and make it more efficient

Extra notes: We have an existing spreadsheet that we populate with many fields in order to upload to our commerce website. We are looking for an excel expert to look at the spreadsheet and work out ways to make it more efficient, for example some of the fields may be duplicated so we would need someone to work out a formula to make it easier. We are effectively populated the fields with style information of fashion items and need an easier way of doing it. This is probably a 4-3 hour job - you would be required to have a Skype call with a member of staff who will talk you through the spreadsheet and what we require.
