I need an 18 page word document converted to HTML and edited

Hello. I have an 18 page word document that is a Terms of Service agreement for a website. I need it converted to html. The main headings should be placed in h1 tags, the sub heading should be placed in h3 tags, and the text should all be properly placed in p tags. You must know html to do this.

There are also some edits that have been made to the document. Anything that has a line through it should not be included. There is one link in there too that needs to be linked to a URL I will provide when the job has been awarded.
