Description of excel work: I need an easy way to collate information. I need approx 30 pieces of info from name, telephone etc to some drop down options in an easy to use format. My thinking is that this could be a two page XL workbook, the first page is a data entry page with the required fields, with a submit button. Once you hit submit it should then auto populate the second page where ALL the data is kept.
The purpose of this is to allow different people from my business to input uniform data about people they want to hire, this will then populate a database I can see with all the aggregated information.
This is a basis requirement, I am not an XL expert so need someone who can build this for me, make it user friendly and look good.
Extra notes: I have uploaded a very basis view of what this might look like. This is not prescriptive. The 1st tab is the info I want to collect, the second tab is how it might look when pulled across.
