I need a part time senior exec pa happy to support me on basic and complex issues

I am a very busy leadership consultant working on my own with very senior CEOs/VPs/MDs and their teams in high profile organisations like BT, HSBC etc. I need help with a range of activities e.g. today: I want to ensure that my Data Protection processes are in place/sorting out tax forms (no tax knowledge reqd); updating card details on an online service; booking rooms, hotels, flights, sourcing IT support - i.e. all the time stealers. - I would like to meet from time to time at the IOD in London to go through my in tray...starting on an hourly rate and then if things work out moving to a fixed fee - there is an opportunity to make the job bigger and more interesting as I am about to publish a book and my speaking engagements are increasing and I am suddenly in demand due to a very successful 2014. I'm interested in building a long term part time relationship with someone who "gets me".
