General assistant needed

I am looking for an assistant on an adhoc basis to cover the following tasks
Bookwork/accounts - 2-3 hours per month (only need excel skills)
Product & competitor research on Internet
Help generating business plan and keeping me to timelines etc
Tweeting & Facebook updates
Other things I'd like to include but aren't essential would be - Email marketing on mail chimp, blogging, and telemarketing.
I'd really like to find someone based in Worcester (uk) or as near as possible but would consider a virtual assistant if I can't find someone local.
