    Tinker, taylor, soldier, sailor. From senior management PA, secretarial and administration positions held in the UK between 1983 and 2004, I dived in at the deep end as a sailor, moving on to renovating stone properties using traditional materials and farming my own small holding but keeping a hand in with my admin and research skills, developing these by moving into new software applications available in today's modern virtual world.

    I have 23+ years experience in various offices in the UK ranging from cashiering within a high street bank to PA working with the Technical Director at a building developers.

    Determined, dedicated and thorough, I have always met my targets. Recently recorded typing speeds of 101 wpm, my varying employed roles have ranged from cashiering to customer services to receptionist to Personal Assistant at Senior Management levels.

    I have used data bases to open client accounts, assisted clients by telephone or over the counter, answered correspondence, taken on Director's emails referring only where necessary, opening post (whilst office based), bank cashier, appointed cleaners, maintained car parking rotas, organised weekend conferences for 200 + staff, organised Christmas parties, filing, union representative for NatWest Staff Association, Health and Safety Officer, created: spreadsheets, mail merge documents, power point documents and documents within Word, managed diaries, arranged conference meetings and calls, organised travel arrangements, receptionist, stock control, assisted HR and I have supervised and trained other members of staff.

    I have experienced the 'real' culture across many different parts of the World, including Europe and Asia. You'll find me off the beaten track most of the time, avoiding tourist areas trying to get to know the locals. Living between Portugal and England, I am able to work from both countries with the only days I am unavailable is why I am flying (which is only around 2 flights per year, meaning 4 days per year taken for travel). I try to find new experiences in life and I like to learn something new each day.
