Experience Level: Intermediate
We are currently recruiting for a strong PA to join a fast growing property management and training organisation. The company is currently going through some very exciting times of growth and this is an excellent opportunity for a home based Personal Assistant to get hands on with various administrative and PA duties along with assisting in the management of a number of home and field based staff members.
The PA will work very closely with the director, senior management and other internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
Diary management of the director
Arranging meetings for director and other staff members along with preparing agendas
Compile documents, correspondence and from time to time reports
Acting as the first point of contact and managing the contact of some clients and customers
Managing other projects as and when required
There will also be an immediate opportunity for you to lead a virtual team, managing their tasks and ensuring these are completed quickly and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, along with fully competent in the use of office, emails and other general computer admin related tasks. You will also have strong problem solving skills and experience and ideally have previous PA experience too.
The role will initially be between 15 and 25 hours per week but may quickly develop into a full time, home based role with the opportunity to develop into a management position very quickly.
