Excel spreadsheet making with buttons and macros

Hi, i need a simple Excel spreadsheet making (see attachment) that has a series of buttons/ macros, that when clicked will pull together a report for each of the named people on my list (see last tab on spreadsheet). I have laid out the spreadsheet with regards to how if think you will probably want to arrange it, but obviously none of the buttons, etc are active.

I will add the values of each cell myself, but obviously i need the buttons and formulas operating first.

Please get back to me with regards to how much you will change and when you think it can be complete. I would like it asap.
