Excel sheet automation

I have a data set that I require to be designed into a dashboard that include IFNA and Vlookups to populate pricing by service type by company name by selecting a postcode. Please see the attached images of the format that I require with the corresponding data. The data will be continually added to so one the dashboard must be designed in a way that I can continue to add data to populate the dashboard.

The dashboard will need to be searchable via a postcode which should be able to be selected via a drop down list which will then populate all the other columns on the dashboard.
