Excel / Google Doc Data Clean & Duplicates

Hello,

I have a Google Sheet with 1664 names and emails.

I need:

1. First & Last Names are in one column right now. I need first name and last name in two separate columns - done manually, so names are 100% correct and the first letter is a Capital.

2. I need 100% of any duplicates removed - This will need to be done in Excel cross-ref across the name, email and phone to ensure 100% of ALL duplicates are removed - no room for error.

I need this done right now and completed in the next 2-3hrs.
