This was a poor experience from start to finish. I paid for 2,010 emails and received around 1,700. Out of those, 550 were hard bounces – completely unacceptable. The tool used to find the emails was, by Muhammad’s own admission, my own RocketReach account – not his, nor any of the tools he claimed to use. When I asked for replacements, I was told he couldn’t find them the first time round. That’s not what you expect from someone advertising themselves as an email list building expert with a top rank of 5 on PPH.

Instead of proper reporting or verification, I got random two-second WhatsApp videos of email screens that meant absolutely nothing. I was told all emails were “validated,” which is impossible – hard bounces cannot be validated. Many of the emails were obviously fake, things like firstname@majorcompany.com
, which anyone with even basic experience knows are not genuine corporate formats, especially for companies with tens or hundreds of thousands of staff.

On top of that, he was repeatedly chasing me on WhatsApp about payment, saying things like “where is my money” and “I haven’t been paid yet” – while the work was still in dispute. He kept insisting he was honest, but the whole thing was just an infuriating experience.

In short, Muhammad didn’t build or validate a proper list, didn’t deliver the quantity paid for, and didn’t use his own tools. For someone claiming expertise, this was careless, misleading work. One notch above rubbish, one below average.

Whatever reply is posted underneath this, ignore it. I’ve spent around £50k+ on PPH and rarely, if ever, leave anything below 5 stars. Even in edge cases, I usually don’t leave a review – but this one earned it.
