What to deliver
A spreadsheet (one row per person) with these columns:
Full name
Title
Search Firm
Industry focus (primary)
Industry focus (secondary, optional)
B2B / B2C / Mixed
PE Focus / VC Focus / Publicly traded focus
LinkedIn URL
Firm bio / team page URL (if available)
Work email
Email source
Notes (optional)
Email requirements (deliverability)
Work emails must be deliverable: provide a direct, individual work email for each person (no generic inboxes like info@, hello@, careers@).
Accepted sources only (must record in the “Email source” column):
Explicitly published for that person on the firm’s team/bio page, official PDF, press release, or reputable event/speaker page.
Pattern verified only if the exact firm email format is proven with 3 or more explicitly published individual emails on the same domain, and the person’s email can be derived unambiguously from that pattern. If multiple patterns exist, do not infer.
Third-party publication only if reputable and clearly ties the email to the person and firm (avoid directories/scraped sites).
Hard exclusions: no guessed emails without pattern proof, no scraped lead databases, no personal emails (gmail/outlook etc), no mismatched domains, no outdated emails if the person has moved firms.
Evidence and transparency: include a supporting URL for the source (and for pattern-verified emails, include the pattern plus URLs showing the 3+ examples in Notes).
Target size
Provide 60 to 100 contacts (or fewer if you can only verify details for fewer).
UPDATE:
The contacts must be ONLY from these companies:
