We operate a few loyalty websites which allow members to shop for less and get rewarded when they shop at retailers with have partnered with. We are currently planning to expand our operations within the European market as well as deploy our unique proposition which will differentiate us from the competition and move ahead of the game.
We are currently looking for an organized, attentive to details and eager to make a difference content manager – deals & voucher codes.
Accountabilities
- Content update/entry by populating and submitting a form on our website – content consist of most recent deals, offers and voucher codes from high street retailers (term “offer” is used from now onward)
- To ensure details are correctly entered into relevant fields of the form
- Occasional update of existing offers when details have been amended (i.e. changed expiry date, price etc.) - this is occasional though
- External research (i.e. merchant's or product website) for additional information which will enhanced offer relevancy - this does not have to be done for every single post where appropriate, using common sense. Probably 1-2 researches per 10 offers posted
- Optionally, adding other offers found elsewhere - for selected merchants only, not absolutely required but nice to have
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
- Good knowledge / some experience:
- Good knowledge of using copy & paste functionality is a must
- Good knowledge of using a web browser
- Good knowledge of using an e-mail application/client
- Experience in data entry will be an advantage

Typical work scenario
- We will forward you offers on a daily basis by e-mail, typically 1 or 2 offers in each e-mail. Your responsibility is to fish out the relevant information, enter it on the provided form, ensure the formatting is correct and submit. Additionally, external research may be needed from time to time as described above.
Contract details
We are looking for a 1-2 hour commitment each day to start with (flexibility is allowed & to be agreed). At this time, we are looking for a remote/home-based person, with your own environment set up (computer, web browser, e-mail client and internet connection). Communication is done primarily via e-mail, web systems and occasionally using Skype so a reliable internet connection is essential.
This is a temporary and very flexible assignment. However, the right person is likely to have their hours and level of responsibilities increased going forward (if they are interested).
Selected applicants will be taken on board for 5 working days (1-2 hours/day) to test their commitment and quality of work. Payment per hour worked, however a minimum number of quality posts per hour is expected.
Additional details:
- signature of NDA and contract will be required
- photocopy of ID/passport or other relevant prove of ID will be required
- daily timesheet submission will be required
- payment monthly, for hours recorded and approved via our timesheet system
- payments are made in GBP/£
- two days notice period initially (does not apply to the first probationary week)
