Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Following an analysis into backlinks on a website we control, we discovered domains (approx 1500 individual links) which are toxic. Before adding them to a disavow file, we wish to contact those domains and request the remove of those links.
All of the links are in a XLS file.
The project is to
1. find the contact email or online contact form for each domain (update these details in the spreadsheet)
2. email each of the 328 domains (sending from a Gmail account we have created for this purpose)
OR
complete the contact form and save a screenshot
3. Wait 10 days, and then update the XLS file with those sites who replied confirming they have removed the link.
I have a template email already created.
