We are looking for someone to support our surveying business. The roll can either be
just admin or can potentially be expanded depending on skills and motivation to cover the following:
ADMIN: Update data for new bookings. Formatting - adding photos and layout for surveys, data extraction, updating spreadsheet, sending out letters, invoices etc.
BOOKINGS; speaking to clients (lawyers) and arranging times for surveyors to go to inspections.
RESEARCH: looking for new surveyors on LinkedIn - messaging them and setting up whatsapp groups and calls
Needs to have perfect English and work on UK hours, potentially prefer UK based for these reasons.
