Admin assistance - VA or small team

I need help on a weekly basis for upto 30 minutes.

There are 2 tasks that need completing on a weekly basis.

1> I will email you a number of documents (invoices/expenses/receipts).

At the end of each week, these documents need to be combined into a single (multi-page) PDF document and sent back to me.

2> I use ManageWP.com to help me update the plugin files of a number of WordPress websites. You would need to login to the site each week and run the updates.


I will provide a video walkthrough for both of the above tasks so you can see exactly what to do.

Its important to me that both of these tasks are done on a weekly basis without me having to remind you to do them.

On occasion, I also need help with other VA related tasks. It would be good to know that you/your team has extra capacity should I need it.
