We are a very small B2B provider of postcode and address data. We lease our products on subscription. Our customers lease the data products though our website. We've been selling data for 10 years.
We are looking for a marketing plan and a manager that can run our ATL and BTL part time.
We have three products that we would like to Market (email, below the line, etc).
We understand profitability of these products
We understand what verticals purchase these products.
We are starting to understand why these verticals are purchasing.
We are looking for skilled and experienced Marketing Manager able to put a marketing plan together covering each of our top selling products. The plan needs to include verticals buying the product, their motivations for buying, life time value etc.
The plan needs to identify new routes to market for each product, costs to acquire new customers, allowable cost to acquire new customers (considering life time value etc), both ATL and BTL.
We need the plan to include a 12 month full marketing rollout strategy with a breakdown, including budgets, ROI targets as separate appendices (one for each of our top three products) that a marketing manager and owners can follow that is aimed at increasing sales.
