Our growing B2B division are in need of an experienced B2B business development executive. ABOUT THE ROLE
Our B2B is rapidly expanding and is positioned to be the next growth engine for us. We are looking for highly motivated and self-driven sales professionals, with a clear passion (and resourcefulness) for growing strategic partnerships. The B2B Business Development Executive, who owns and drives new business across the mid- to up-market customer base, will be responsible for developing full, end to end sales strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive new partnerships acquisition and sales of the B2B side to target companies through strategic conversations at all levels within these organisations.
- Be prepared to meet potential clients face to face through appointments to close deals.
- Prepare a go-to market plan and sales strategy; prospect potential new clients and conduct rigorous follow-ups to close deals.
- Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitment.
- Maintain customer relationships and grow the business.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- At least 3-5 years of new business development experience.
- You're a self-starter and take initiative to seize opportunities. The B2B side of the business is rapidly evolving every day and requires highly motivated independent individual who will be responsible for all aspects of business in their market.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise selling activities and follow through in a timely fashion.
- Ability to negotiate pricing with focus on retaining value.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms
- Experience selling to mid-market businesses.

There doesn't appear to be any description on the actual requirement itself. Also, no detail on your product/service, other than that you off ffer ground transportation services? Could you please supply some actual detail as the brief could apply to one off 1000 requirements.
